Scope:
Watson Industries,
Inc. designs, develops and manufactures precision instrumentation products for
the commercial, aerospace and defense industries. The Quality Assurance Program
of Watson Industries, Inc. consists of: the policies of this manual, referenced
procedures, supporting work instructions and flexibility for improvement. The
purpose of the Quality Assurance manual, and associated quality procedures, is to
provide the direction and authority for a Quality Assurance Program. The Quality
Assurance program is to be implemented, understood and maintained at all levels of
the company to ensure compliance with customer contractual requirements, appropriate
government regulations and recognized aerospace quality standards.

requires continuous improvement of the organization. Quality objectives for

analyzed in order to identify on-going opportunities for improvement. It is
management's responsibility to review and communicate these values, and to provide
the structure, resources, and direction necessary to achieve the organization's purpose.
