Scope:
Watson Industries, Inc. designs, develops and manufactures precision instrumentation products for the Commercial, Aerospace and Defense Industries. The Quality Assurance Program of Watson Industries, Inc. consists of: (1) the policies of the Quality Assurance manual, (2) referenced procedures, (3) supporting work instructions and (4) flexibility for improvement. This quality system provides the base from which our products will consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and industry requirements in an efficient, effective and controlled manner. The purpose of the Quality Assurance manual, and associated quality procedures, is to provide the direction and authority for a Quality Assurance Program. The Quality Assurance program is to be implemented, understood and maintained at all levels of the company to ensure compliance with customer contractual requirements, appropriate government regulations and recognized aerospace quality standards.Policy:
