Description:
Watson Industries has been producing fluxgate magnetometers since 1983. They are
compact magnetic sensing devices suitable for a variety of magnetic field measurement applications.
Watson fluxgate magnetometers are designed to provide quick response as well as accurate DC
magnetic field measurements. With a bandwidth of 30 Hz, the unit allows the user to measure
rapidly changing magnetic fields. The FGM can be used as an excellent reference for heading
gyro systems.
This sensor provides accurate analog outputs that can be read using a voltmeter
or a digital data acquisition system.
Options:
Custom Voltage inputs and/or outputs, calibration and remote (electronics separated from sensor).
Applications:
Navigation Systems, Magnetic Field Measurements, Geological Mapping, Heading Reference, Vertical Reference, Traffic Control and Magnetic Mass Detection.
