Watson Pro Gyro™ - VSG Replacement

Watson Industries was the U.S. distributor for the British Aerospace VSG gyro. When BAE discontinued that product line in early 2008, we focused our research toward a gyro that would meet or exceed all the VSG's specifications in a similar package. This research has resulted in our new Pro Gyro™ line of angular rate sensors.

The Watson Pro Gyro™ specifications meet or exceed those of the discontinued VSG. This includes bias, scale factor accuracy, stability over temperature, input voltage range allowed, power consumption, size, and weight.

If you need to replace a VSG in your application, a Watson Pro Gyro™ can serve as a drop-in replacement with the use of an adaptor plate.
